My client in Houston has partnered with LHH in selecting a new Director of Operations. This Corporate Services organization is rapidly growing and needs an experienced Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will have a background that is strong in evaluating and developing business processes for growing companies.
This role is 100% on-site in Houston, Texas.
The ideal candidate for this role has initiative and aligns with the company's vision of growth!

• Define, implement and revise operational policies and guidelines
• Responsible for HR functions, including payroll, health insurance, benefits, onboarding, and training
• Oversee annual tax filings for the company and its various investments
• Create and document all business processes
• Implement standard operating procedures throughout all business lines
• Manage all company insurance policies and implement new policies for the company and its investments on an ongoing basis
• Responsible for the improvement and implementation of internal workflow built on PowerApps technology
• HR functions include creating job descriptions, overseeing the hiring process as well as recruiting
• Develop and manage an onboarding program for new hires
• Change management experience as well as implemention of performance evaluation and reviews and ongoing culture improvement functions
• Oversee all administrative functions of the company, including maintaining CRM and inventory databases
  Qualifications:
  Bachelors Degree preferred, experience in lieu will be considered
  Tech Savvy - this organization is Tech focused and seeking ways to be efficient leveraging technology
  8+ years of experience in Operations
  3+ years of experience in a Management or Leadership role
  Strong Budgeting, Financial Planning and Strategic Planning Skills
  Microsoft Sharepoint, Office Suite, Teams profiency is a must
