Job Details
The Senior Manager of Technical Accounting will provide financial management oversight and support to the operating business units and lead key finance initiatives to drive value within the organization.
Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA or equivalent Experience:
  • This role requires a CPA, 5 plus year's public accounting working with through company's complex technical accounting issues
  • Great for someone that is looking to make a transition out of public accounting or someone that works in industry and wants to examine complex technical accounting issues
  • Technical Accounting, SOX and SEC external reporting experience strongly preferred
  • US Government Contracting experience a plus
  • ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition)
  • ASC 842 (Lease Accounting)
  • Mergers & Acquisitions Preferred Skills:
    • Strong Project Manager skills;
      o Strong attention to planning and organization
      o Ability to prioritize various projects and be able to manage expectations
      * Must be able to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
      * Proof of full vaccination required.
