You'll focus on aligning client data strategies to their business strategy. You will assist clients in choosing a platform, defining their data needs and migrating them to a modern cloud data environment using cloud providers such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, Databricks or Teradata.

    Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
    Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing or executing in the combination (not necessarily all) of the following technical areas:


    • Designing and developing advanced analytics solutions, AI/ML models, and communicating insights and operationalizing solutions based on ML Ops process, particularly in the human resources and workforce data related space;


    • Utilizing modern framework and technologies including a combination of - NLP / NLG / LLM, Python or SQL;


    • Leveraging visualization and presentation applications and tools;


    • Performing data sourcing, data engineering and cleansing, train-test-validation of models, field testing and experimental test & design;


    • Understanding of the HCM (human capital management) applications, solutions landscape, how HCM CoE (center of excellence) operates, what challenges and opportunities the HCM field face in relation to data and emerging technologies;


    • Designing and developing plans, solutions and risk mitigation strategies related to data sourcing, ingestion, management, visualization, insights for decision making;


    • Possessing consulting experience (e.g., Big 4, strategy houses, advisory internal to the organization, large startup from business development, sales engineering, account management to delivery) from strategy to execution working with large large organizations inclusive of leading business development, managing teams and building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders;


    • Guiding the application of leading practices in supporting high availability, scalable, process and storage intensive solutions architectures to data integration/migration, analytics and insights, AI and ML requirements;


    • Understanding of conversational (Chats, emails and Calls) data, and the use of this data to train NLP Pipeline and chatbots;


    • Implementing NLP / NLG techniques such as parts of speech tagging, lemmatization, canonicalization, Word2vec, etc.; and,


    • Implementing bot framework like RASA and NLP tools like LUIS/ Dialog flow or Lex.


      Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following business areas:


      • Demonstrating critical thinking and problem solving methods and skills, i.e., converting client problems/requests into a structured set of options and selecting appropriate analytical techniques;


      • Leading and working with large Cloud Data Platform, Cloud Data migration or Enterprise Information Management, Change Management, Transformation Journey programs;


      • Creating robust relationships with business stakeholders and ability to act as a trusted advisor to client leaders;


      • Providing a proven collaboration, coaching and teaming approach;


      • Using appropriate facilitation techniques to gain agreement or move others to action;


      • Supporting and leading the development of digital accelerators and repeatable solutions;


      • Supporting business development efforts by participating in proposal development, sales pursuits, and client presentations; and,


      • Leading business development efforts by participating in proposal development, sales pursuits, and client presentations.
