Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Multifamily Construction in the greater Houston area. The successful candidate will be onsite to ensure projects are on-time, on-budget and safely completed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing ground-up Multifamily construction projects
• Controlling budgets and scheduling of construction activities during pre-construction meetings
• Assist with contract negotiation, bid proposals, and other construction documentation activities
• Prepare and manage a construction schedule
• Perform other duties as necessary Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is a plus
  • Construction Project Management experience
  • Must be good with being in the office; NOT for those wanting to be onsite all day
  • 2+ years of Multifamily experience; ground-up preferred
  • Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation Company Highlights:
