Bancassurance is an emerging distribution channel in Vietnam with a great potential for growth. Prudential is keen on developing this channel to become a substantial part of our business This position yields to high performance on APE growth, active ratio and turnover by recruiting, training and managing Banca Staff under assigned Bank PartnerAccountability:Meet all the KPI's set for the roles of a relationship manager. Relationships and communication: Build & maintain strong relationships both within and outside the department; seek input from and maintain effective ongoing communication with others: Given the nature of this job, the incumbent will play as the representative of company in front of the agency force, she/he therefore must:

  • Be able to handle agent' queries effectivelyDemonstrate a courtesy and professional appearance and mannerKey Responsibilities:
    • Planning: Collaborate with RM/TL/EFSC/SFSC/FSC in planning sales & training activities including OB, BOP, GP, Meeting, Event ---in the assigned Bank Partners on monthly basis.
    • Execution: Deploy the planned sales & training activities in the assigned Bank Partners to achieve projected sales targets including APE, Recruitment & Active ratio.
    • Supervision & Management: Supervise & manage sales performance in the assigned Bank Partners and sales team in terms of APE, recruitment, active ratio & compliance,
    • Training & Development: Train & develop the agency force including: RM/TL and sales team in accordance with the career path in the assigned Bank Partners. -
    • Internal & external relationships: Maintain solid & effective collaboration STD/DOS/OP/NBUW/COMPLIANCE and Bank Partners.
    • Others: assigned by Head of Bancassurance from time to time.Job Requirements:Qualification:Mandatory: Bachelor or higher Degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, InsuranceExperiences: Mandatory: At least 2 year experience working as sales supervisor preferably in insurance, FCMG or foreign-invested financial companies Advantage: Additional management training experienceKnowledge and skill set: Mandatory:
      • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
      • Competent in interpersonal / communication / negotiation/ motivation skills
      • Competent in analytical and problem solving skill
      • Competent in planning, organizing skills
      • Good at Insurance industry knowledge
      • Good at Sales Management & marketing principles Advantage:
        • Life insurance knowledge
        • Excellent English/ VNs written and speaking skills;
        • Having vast personal networking
        • Familiar with PC literate, Excel, Word, and Power PointJob's attributes:
