Job Description:

A full-time Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), serving over 20,000 unique patients with over 100,000 patient visits per year is looking for a Program Manager. Summary: The Program Manager will oversee project management and ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope. The Program Manager will work with the Clinic and the organization's consultants to ensure that deliverables meet the required scope and budget, while coordinating with various departments to ensure compatibility. Additionally, the Program Manager will be responsible for hiring new talent as needed to meet client needs.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Understanding of healthcare environment, valued based care design, and HEDIS performance and measures.
• Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in project management and analysis. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Ability to travel to satellite sites and/or off-site locations for events or training as needed. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
      • Bilingual (Vietnamese, Chinese, Arabic, and/or Spanish with English) is preferred.
      • Above-average skills in language ability, public speaking, and writing.
