as a Director of Social & Digital Marketing in our U.S. Marketing
Center of Excellence (COE) located at our corporate headquarters in
Houston, Texas.As Director of Social & Digital Marketing , you will
oversee the digital marketing roadmap and develop an
enterprise-wide social media strategy, including, but not limited
to, our Corporate, Fuels, Lubricants and Aviation brands, building
a strong strategic vision and establishing best practices with
cross-functional partners to push our portfolio of brands and
commercial business forward. This role requires strong thought
leadership with an understanding of advanced digital marketing
practices and the tools and data that enable them.Essential
Functions:Develop and champion Phillips 66's enterprise-wide social
media strategy, stretching across all Corporate, Fuels, Lubricants
and Aviation brands.Direct cross-functional digital media campaigns
consistent with brand image, strategy and desired KPIsPartner with
in-house creative team and external creative agency to drive
platform best practices relating to social media contentManage
organic, paid, and social listening strategies on a daily and
campaign basis across all platforms and communication
channelsProvide leadership to the social media team by coaching,
mentoring, and maintaining up-to-date industry knowledgeLead
analytical decision-making pertaining to the enterprise-wide social
media presenceOwn and maintain COE social media calendar across
brands and lead enterprise-wide Social Media CouncilManage social
media budget relating to content creation and paid
advertisingAdvance utilization of social media content to support
employee advocacy effortsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree
Advertising, Marketing, Communications10 years of digital marketing
experience with at least 5 years or more of performance based
social media campaign managementExperience building a house of
brands concept across social mediaExpert understanding of social
media sites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok,
LinkedIn, Blogs, Influencers, etc.), industry, new technologies,
trends and best practicesOrganization: Ability to manage and
coordinate multiple projects, tasks, and internal and external
relationshipsBrand: Has strong knowledge of brand strategies,
concepts, and activities that drive consumer behaviorFlexibility:
Ability to change course quickly, does not get frustrated in a
changing environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience managing a
portfolio of brands.Passionate about the Social Media landscape and
constant iteration to stay ahead of trendsExperience managing
social media strategies in the oil and gas industry, manufacturing
or heavy industry Comprehensive understanding of all social media
platform best practices for brand marketingKnowledge, Skills, and
Abilities:Advanced knowledge of all primary social media platforms
with a proven ability to innovate towards emerging platforms and
industry trendsExperience working on large-scale paid media
campaignsAbility to analyze metrics and present solutions to
leadershipDemonstrated track record of maintaining a portfolio of
brands, growing a large social media presence, and increasing
engagementExperience in the energy industry, with a focus on B2B
and B2C communicationSocial media listening experience with Sprout,
Sprinklr, etc.Ability to work towards time sensitive deadlines
demonstrating excellent teamwork, communication, and project
management skills in a highly cross-functional and collaborative
environment.Experience guiding strategic creative development and
partnering well with agency teamsExperience leading integrated
marketing campaigns that span channels and consumer targets,
