  We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in project management, construction, development, dry utilities, electric, gas, phone, cable, utility design, utility coordination, stormwater, and dry utility.
  
  Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with utility companies to ensure that dry utilities, electric, gas, phone, and cable are installed and connected properly.
  • Oversee the design and coordination of utility systems, including stormwater management and dry utility installation.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations and requirements are met on all job sites.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Manage project change orders and scope changes as necessary. Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of dry utilities, electric, gas, phone, cable, utility design, utility coordination, stormwater, and dry utility.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
