We are the largest day spa in Texas, and we focus on health, beauty, and self-care. We are seeking a charismatic and experienced General Manager with a minimum of five years of GM experience in the hospitality/spa industry that wants to grow with us! This individual should take a personal interest in the performance of the Spa and Bistro 313. The GM will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization. The Manager is responsible for the business, and everything involved in running it successfully. This candidate will oversee payroll, budgeting, revenue goal setting, and strategic implementation, supervising managers, and inventory management. This person will be required to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the General Manager must present in a professional manner handling customer complaints and resolving issues. Core Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the establishment, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, providers, and food and beverage departments Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability Ensure that the business complies with all legal and regulatory requirements Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and employees Manage, monitor, and coach the department leaders, and assist all associates in achieving high levels of productivity and guest satisfaction Responsible for establishing, overseeing, and monitoring manager's schedules and conducting monthly one-on-ones with department heads Assists in providing excellent service to guests and fill-in when short-staffed. Ensure the business is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort Ensure payroll is processed correctly and on time Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals by developing and managing budgets and financial pans Make bank deposits Maintains inventory and approves orders of supplies Coordinate with the CEO and improve marketing efforts Reviews monthly goals and budgets and assesses progress Ensures department managers stay within budgets Promote and encourage our company culture of positivity and teamwork Other duties as assigned Competitive pay that is based on experience.
