Job Description:
An employer in the Houston, TX area is seeking a Service
Delivery Manager to join their software development team. This team
is responsible for the development and integration of corporate
apps with external systems. The team is currently under-going
several projects with their partners in which this individual will
be responsible for supporting and managing from conception to
completion. On a daily basis, this person will be responsible for
understanding business needs and requirements, interfacing with
customers, working closely to ensure technical teams are on task,
managing project deliverables, etc. Additionally, this person will
have the responsibility of creating P. O. and SOWs, outlining
requirements with external partners, delivering on technical
projects, and ensuring invoices are in good standing. This person
will be managing multiple projects at a time with various
customers, so it is important that they have excellent organization
and communication skills.
