the Marketing Manager at The Friedkin Group (TFG) and its
affiliates, you'll help manage marketing and communications
operations, ensuring consistent messaging while implementing
tactical campaigns across multiple platforms. Collaborating closely
with TFG companies and agency partners, you'll ensure brand
alignment and promote the organization's brand strategy. Essential
skills include project management, writing, digital marketing,
social media, and a creative mindset. Equally important is
experience in relationship management and collaboration across all
organizational levels, internally and externally. Adaptability and
adeptness to meet executive marketing needs is crucial, with PR and
media relations experience being a bonus. Agency management
experience preferred. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Champion the brand internally and
externally, collaborating with key stakeholders, including senior
leadership.
- Manage marketing projects in coordination with agencies and
multiple collaborators.
- Support projects to advance brand messaging, web design, social
media, internal communications, and activations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet and fulfill their
marketing needs.
- Advance TFG's marketing operations including digital content,
social media, and media relations.
- Coordinate marketing and communications efforts across various
business units under TFG umbrella.
- Manage TFG's website and help troubleshoot technical
issues.
- Coordinate the development of internal on-brand digital
platforms.
- Support executive-level marketing needs on short
notice.QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree with a marketing focus from a four-year
university preferred, plus 5-8 years or more of relevant experience
or equivalent education and training.
- Demonstrated experience in core elements of brand marketing,
and communications within a corporate setting.
- Strong relationship management skills, adept at communicating
and collaborating across all organizational levels and with
external stakeholders.
- Proficient in brand strategy elements such as core ideology,
brand architecture, and visual identity, with the ability to guide
creation of impactful content.
- Previous experience managing agency partners or working within
an agency is advantageous.
- Knowledgeable in traditional and digital marketing strategies,
website development, social media, and internal
communications.
- Familiarity with various marketing tools including market
research, product development, written communication, advertising,
and campaign execution.
- Experience in project management, preferably utilizing software
like Asana or Monday.com.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and creative software
products.
- High-level industry knowledge across a diverse range of brands
and industries.
- Some experience working directly with senior leaders is

frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25
pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment characteristics
described here are representative of those an associate encounters
while performing the essential functions of this job. While the job
is generally performed in an office environment, the associate is
occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, areas in which
moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals are
present, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the
office environment is typically quiet, but the associate may be
occasionally exposed to loud noise levels. TRAVEL REQUIREDMinimal
travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on
