a Sr Offering Management Specialist --
Process Instruments here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving
the offering management function for our Process Instrumentation products
within the Industrial Automation business unit. You will be responsible for
developing and executing offering strategies to drive growth and profitability
in the PMC (Process Measurement and Control) market. Your strong analytical
skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional
teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's
business.

You will report directly to our Offering Director for Instrumentation and you
will work out of our Houston, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule. In this
role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell's Industrial
Automation business by driving business objectives, formulating growth
strategies, driving innovation, and leading a high-performing team. Your role
is instrumental in driving business growth and maintaining a strong market
position in the Process Measurement and Control market.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES --- Develop and execute offering strategies to drive growth and profitability in the PMC market--- Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs--- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings--- Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies--- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities--- Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies--- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends--- Provide leadership and guidance to the offering management team -BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL --- Benefits - Medical, Vision, Dental, Mental Health
