The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders, driving multi-year technology strategies, and building a high-performing technology organization. This role demands a leader with a strong background in cloud computing technologies, particularly in the healthcare sector, and a deep technical expertise in cloud-based software development. The VP will also be tasked with leading on and offshore development teams, driving Agile product engineering processes, and ensuring a customer-first mindset in all technology initiatives. The ideal candidate for the VP of Product Engineering position at the company will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience, and a proven track record of at least 6-10 years in IT disciplines, with a focus on cloud computing, infrastructure services, and application development. Key qualifications include the ability to recruit and mentor top technology talent, a strategic approach to technology that aligns with business goals, and a commitment to industry-leading practices.
