at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategies and
enhancing the efficiency of our supply chain operations within the Honeywell Sensing Solutions (HSS) business within the Industrial
Automation (IA) business unit. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape
the financial aspects of our integrated supply chain, making a significant
impact on the organization's performance.You will report directly to our VP of Supply Chain and
you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial performance and
optimize supply chain operations within the Industrial Automation business
unit. By providing financial guidance and support, you will contribute to
improving business performance and profitability. Your strategic
decision-making and financial analysis skills will help identify cost-saving
opportunities and drive process improvements within the supply chain, resulting
in increased cost efficiency and enhanced overall supply chain effectiveness.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES--- Lead and manage the Integrated Supply Chain Finance team
within the Industrial Automation business unit, providing financial guidance
and support to drive business performance and profitability.--- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and
procedures to optimize supply chain operations and improve cost efficiency
within the Industrial Automation business unit.--- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the
Industrial Automation business unit to drive process improvements, identify
cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.--- Provide financial analysis and insights to support
decision-making and drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance
within the Industrial Automation business unit.--- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
processes for the Integrated Supply Chain organization within the Industrial
Automation business unit.--- Partner with senior leadership within the Industrial
Automation business unit to develop and execute strategic initiatives to
enhance supply chain effectiveness and drive business growth.YOU MUST HAVE--- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least
5 years in a leadership role.--- Strong knowledge of supply chain finance principles, cost
accounting, and financial analysis.--- Proven track record of driving financial performance and
process improvements in a complex, global organization.--- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills.--- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.WE VALUE--- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related
