A company is looking for a Manager, People Analytics.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and align the people analytics strategy with organizational goals
Lead key people analytics projects to ensure measurable business impact
Present data insights to influence decision-making at all levels

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in people analytics or a related field
Experience managing complex projects
Proficiency in BI/Analytics/Statistical modeling tools
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
