Senior Manager- ConsultingThe energy industry is facing
unprecedented challenges through volatile energy prices,

creates an opportunity for the sector to pivot to a long-term
strategy that helps address these challenges through an increased
adoption of digital tools and capabilities and increased discipline
in reducing operational costs and emissions while maintaining

opportunityRecognizing the need of our clients, we have formulated
a digital operations team at the cross section of our supply chain
and operations competency and energy sector. You will be working as
a part of this team and responsible for helping develop our
strategy, approach, solution options and value proposition for our
upstream energy clients. This is a high-profile position that will
work with Energy leaders and client serving teams across many EY
practices.Your key responsibilitiesAs a part of this role, you will
be responsible for:Client DeliveryAs Energy companies explore
opportunities to optimize their operational efficiency, you will
help our clients understand areas to achieve operational excellence
by examining their processes and tools including emissions
reporting, exploration, drilling and completions, production, HSSE,
accounting, reliability and engineering and examining operational
KPI's that drive costs and revenue. You will help our clients by
crafting a strategy in line with their long-term goals or by
implementing innovative and data driven digital solutions to drive
speed to value. You will work as a part of cross competency teams
within EY to bring the greatest value for our clients. You will
craft and manage commercially viable engagements for EY.Business
DevelopmentThe purpose of this role is to help position EY for
growth within the Oil, Gas & Chemicals operations sector in this
rapidly changing market. You will help to support this capability
within our digital operations team, help author thought leadership
material, help develop our 'Go to Market' strategy, and develop
sales collateral and solution materials to position EY in the
market. You will learn about the various competencies and
capabilities within EY. You will play an active role in the
delivery lifecycle of engagements.Skills and attributes for

knowledge in your functional area of supply chain. Demonstrate
ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offering
that may assist current customer base.Provide mentoring and

qualify for theroleyou must haveBachelor's and/or master's degree
in Engineering/ Business/ TechnologyA minimum of 8 years of
Operations functional experience in oil, gas and/or chemicals
operationsProficiency in using upstream oil and gas software and
systemsStrong knowledge of oil, gas and/or chemicals technologies,
equipment, and industry standardsFamiliar with oil, gas and/or
chemicals facility operations and maintenanceKnowledge of safety
protocols and regulatory compliance in upstream
operationsDemonstrated results in improving the profitability of
oil, gas and/or chemicals operations using digital toolsStrategic
thinking and solutioning skills to craft a strong value
propositionStrong understanding of current solutions in the market
and ability to craft a specific point of view for our clientsA keen
appetite for technology and innovation while having a technology
agnostic perspectiveStrong collaboration and teaming skillsCurious

GeoGraphix, Enertia, Aveva PI, Primavera, and ERP systems such as
SAP etc.Approximately 4 years of recent supply chain consulting
experience, focusing on the oil, gas and/or chemicals
industryAbility to develop a book of business and lead in the

long- term client relationships and networks.What we offerWe offer
a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be
rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you
bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all
geographic locations in the US is $148,900 to $340,200. The salary
range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California
(excluding Sacramento) is $178,700 to $386,600. Individual salaries
within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of
factors including but not limited to education, experience,
knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards
package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k)
plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our
team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for
most people in external, client serving roles to work together in
person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project
or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much
vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
