Job Description:

Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the fencing construction,
and security sectors. This role is perfect for a hunter who enjoys
building client relationships, developing new accounts, and
delivering high-value solutions. ROLE SUMMARYThe Sales Manager will
aggressively and profitably sell Guardiar USA and Guardiar
Solutions product while developing and maintaining new customer
relationships within the defined territory. This will include
direct customer acquisition, product and architectural
specification, and other business development activities. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES (JOB PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES)Create new accounts
and obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule
to develop and acquire potential customersAdjust content of sales
presentations by studying the type of customerFence
contractors/InstallersArchitects/SpecifiersSecurity
PlannersFacility Owners/Managers/DevelopersFocus sales efforts by
studying existing and potential volume of potential customers to
maximize time and effort for optimum resultsWork in coordination
with Program Management and Sales Support team to ensure proper
quotations and subsequent delivery of drawingsUtilize IFS- CRM to
track all customer contact and keep management informed of sales
effortsMonitor competition by gathering current marketplace
information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules,
merchandising techniques, etc.Recommend changes in products,
service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive
developmentsResolve customer complaints by investigating problems,
developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations
to managementMaintain professional and technical knowledge by
attending educational workshops, reviewing professional
publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in
professional societiesManage the full sales cycle: From lead
generation to negotiation and closing deals. Contribute to team
effort by accomplishing related results as neededSKILLS &
EXPERIENCE Education, experience and general skillsProven sales
experience 5+ years of outside sales, B2B with at least 2 years in
fencing, construction, architecture, or other related
industryExperience with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
IFS is a plus.Minimum High School Diploma, or GED; Bachelor's
degree preferredPersonal traits, Skills and AbilitiesStrong
customer service skillsTrack record exceeding target: A true hunter
with a history of closing high-value dealsExcellent communication &
negotiation skills- confident in engaging senior
stakeholdersSelf-motivated & organized: Able to structure your day
to day and drive results independentlyKnowledge of Guardiar USA
products and solutions and those of the competitorsGood
interpersonal and Strong presentation skills Willingness to travel
around 70%, this role requires face to face client
engagementAbility to build and maintain client relationships High
degree of self-structure and motivationExcellent verbal and written
