This brand new HTX sports bar and entertainment venue is currently seeking a General Manager with high volume bar experience.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years salaried restaurant management experience in a regional or national full-service concept.
  
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented, with proven problem-solving skills.
  
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development skills.
  
• Ability to identify opportunities and create actionable plans.
  
• Proven track record in managing budgets and controlling costs to optimize profits.
  
  Compensation:
  
  
• $75,000-$85,000 base salary.
  
• Aggressive annual bonus of 20% - 30% of base salary, paid quarterly.
