Our technology provides healthcare professionals with actionable data to see the types and prevalence of cardiac arrhythmias, refine patient diagnosis and reduce risk of other serious medical events.POSITION SUMMARYThe Event Notification Assistant / Customer Service Associate is responsible for addressing outbound calls to patients, determining critical symptoms, recording a follow-up transmission and directing calls to the appropriate department/lead/supervisor.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES--- Responsible for addressing outbound calls to patients, determining critical symptoms, recording a follow up transmissions and directing calls to the appropriate department head--- Document symptoms for critical rhythms and accurately report them to designated Monitoring Center team member--- Aid patients in troubleshooting devices, answer questions and give device education--- Ensure all inbound/outbound calls and related documents are handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations and Company policy and procedure--- Maintain consistent communication with necessary individuals to aid in the smooth operation of the Monitoring Center--- Other duties as assigned* 3-12 hour shifts- Days or Nights open- Must work every other weekend. PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS--- 1-2 years customer service experience--- Knowledge of cardiac medical terminology--- Excellent multitasking and organization skills--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills--- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite--- Knowledge of multi-line telephone system--- Excellent Customer Service skills when interacting with all Internal and External Clients--- Bilingual is a plus--- High attention to detailWORKING ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS--- Sitting for extended periods of time will be required--- All employees must pass drug test, and must have valid proof of eligibility to work in the USA--- Ability to handle a high volume of work during stressful situations
