Provide clinical expertise and patient education programs,
materials and resources in support of Medline clinical products
and/or services. Assist sales team in their territories with their
clinical education needs. Provide clinical support to customers and
sales teams on clinical products and services. Evaluate and
interpret policies and procedures related to patient care in
specialty area. Review new product concepts and participate in
product design changes. Study changes in specialty area and seek
additional knowledge on unusual problems and conditions, new
treatments, and medications. Provide feedback to Division on
product and clinical trends. Conduct quarterly business reviews.
Develop customer retention service proposals through consultation
and relationship building with key accounts. Identify problem areas
and recommend changes and solutions. Design, coordinate, and
present workshops and classes on clinical products and/or services.
Review account and product/service information and recommend
formal, on-site educational programs to address clinical staff
needs. Audiences may be at a local or national/corporate level.
Assist sales force with product conversions and implementations.
Represent Medline at forums, committees and professional
associations by delivering presentations and active participation.
Demonstrate quality nursing care, effective use of resources,
collaboration with other health professionals, professional

Degree Relevant Work Experience At least 3 years direct patient
care nursing experience.Certification / Licensure Current RN
license (in good standing).Additional Experience developing and
delivering presentations/clinical information to various audience
levels within an organization. Intermediate level skill in
Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page
numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns). Intermediate
level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme,
formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide
layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide
numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font). Willing to
travel at least 80% of the time for business purposes (within state
and out of state).Preferred QualificationsEducation Bachelor's
degree (BSN) in Nursing.Relevant Work Experience Recent "hands on"
clinical nursing experience in area of specialty. Nursing
experience in long-term or acute care setting.Certification /
Licensure Graduate of an accredited area specialty program and have
achieved board certification in area specialty.
