$70,000 to $83,000 based on Experience$5K Sign-on BonusUp to $3K

Certified Surgical Tech through the National Board of Surgical
Technology & Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or National Center for
Competency Testing (NCCT). Please include candidate CST# and
expiration date.2) Must have at least one year, to date, of
Certified Surgical Technician experience3) Must have an updated
resume - job history dates and units worked in must be accurate4)
Must have proven track record of consistent work history. Not job
hopping. If there is job hopping, we simply an need explanation as
to why they left (relocation, promotion/growth, etc.).5) Please be
honest about unit, shift, and location candidate is interested in
working - if someone is unhappy with nights but they take it
because "it's a job" this commonly shows up in a hiring leader
interview and we receive feedback to not move forward with an
offer.Job Description:Position is responsible for providing expert
perioperative patient care through the use of equipment and
instrumentation. Position functions as a scrub assistant to the
physician performing operative and/or invasive procedures. Works
under the direction of a Registered Nurse and as outlined in the
Surgical Technologist Skills Inventory; uses knowledge/expertise to
act as a role model and resource for other staff.Minimum
Qualifications:Education: Graduate of a Surgical Technologist
ProgramLicense/Certification: Certified in Basic Life Support and
current Certification as a Surgical Technologist by the National
Board of Surgical Technology & Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or
National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
