Children's Memorial Hermann is a quaternary women's and children's
hospital in Houston, Texas leading pediatric care in cardiology,
fetal health and neurology, and giving nurses the opportunity to
advance their careers by treating some of the most complex cases in
the country. What this means for our nurses is working in an
environment where cross-functioning teams provide exceptional care
for the sickest patients and support each other both professionally
and personally while building life-long bonds with patients and
their families. Many nurses say that seeing a sick patient recover
and get well is the most rewarding part of their jobs, and that's
especially true here, when you're part of the team determined to
heal the smallest patients against the longest odds. This is truly
a learning environment where questions are encouraged,
collaboration is key and recognition is freely given. At Children's
