Job Description:

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting with medical records and general administration for the department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Electronically file completed physicals and drug tests

  • Receive results
  • Scan incoming medical records to Laserfiche
  • Shred all hard copies of documents
  • Split records into individual documents
  • Assist in coding medical invoices for physicals and drug tests
  • Maintain confidentiality of records
  • Miscellaneous record keeping

    All other duties as assigned

    Qualifications Knowledge & Skill:

    • Detailed Oriented
    • Strong Communication (written/verbal)
    • Positive Attitude
    • Team player
    • Strong computer acumen
    • Microsoft Suite
    • Adobe programs

      Education:

      High school diploma or GED

      Experience:

      Must be knowledgeable in overall general office equipment.
