Join Rehab Without Walls as Business Development, Operations and Data Engineering Intern where you'll gain exciting real-world business development experience at a premier health company.

• We frequently work in complex markets and need to solve problems, explore new ways of doing things, and learn from one another as we grow.
• The ideal intern for this environment will be smart, enthusiastic, collaborative, and capable managing a complex project from start to finish.
• Specifically, this position will require a deep dive into: (i) neuro solutions marketplace analysis, (ii) research and develop a competitive matrix, (iii) analyze digital assets, (iv) provide a national and state specific overview, (v) present recommendations based on findings.
• Interns will work with our director of sales operations and be part of a team to collaborate with several functions in the company.
• At the end of the Internship, Interns will have the opportunity to present their work to the executive leadership.

  Responsibilities
  Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • The Internship is a temporary position at which may have the opportunity to be extended based upon performance. The Intern will collaborate with multiple leaders in various work streams, pairing education with practical, on-the-job experiences.
  • Partner with leaders to understand operations and policies.
  • Identify current best practices and conduct research on implementation strategies.
  • Provide support to business partners.
  • Assist with departmental initiatives, including optimizing of information systems and training and development.
  • Provide administrative support, as needed. Qualifications
    Education:
    • A bachelor's degree in progress preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
    • Proficiency in computer usage, email, MS Office Suite.
    • Qualifications:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Customer service and people-focused mentality.
    • Ability to work on multiple high priority initiatives, simultaneously. About our Line of Business

      Additional Qualifications:
      • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
      • Capable of working independently, and with a team
      • Enjoys a team environment, and working across multiple disciplines
      • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (TEAMS, Outlook, Office)
      • A current student enrolled in a technical discipline at a university or college (engineering, finance, math, STEM, etc.), pursuing a bachelor's degree
      • Passion for solving problems and finding solutions Additional Information:
        • Location: Remote position with little to no travel
        • Expected weekly hours: 15-20
        • Duration of Internship: 10-12 weeks, and may be extended based on need
        • Ideal candidates in TX, NY, CA or surrounding states
