physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Family Nurse Practitioner with

Internal Medicine -Schedule: 4-10-2023 thru 4-14-2023 8am-5pm
Monday 4-17-2023 thru 4-17-2023 8am-5pm Monday, Wednesday Thursday,
Friday 5-8-2-23- thru 5-8-2023, 5-10-2023 thru 5-12-2023 -Duties of
Position: NP/FNP: MUST provide their own Collaborating Physician,
CP Agreement is handled by the vendor, increase the NP/FNP bill
rate to cover the CP fee, the CP is paid by the NP or Vendor or
NP/FNP must be licensed to cover autonomously -Position
Requirements: -5 years experience. Provider MUST have experience
