* The Crisis Sign-on Bonus for Nurses is for nurses hired into positions providing direct, bedside care and who accept an offer by December 31st, 2023.

Responsibilities

* Except to deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift for our adult in-patient unit specializing in Epilepsy monitoring, neurology, & neuro- surgery
* Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
* Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy and imaging

Qualifications

Qualifications:

* Degree in Nursing from an accredited program college, or university
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) within 2 years from date of hire.
* At least one (1) year of RN experience
* Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing
* Basic Life Support (BLS)
