QualificationsWe are seeking a Registered Nurse Analyst Labor and
Delivery for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all
patients with high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team

We want you to apply now!What You Will Do In This Role:
You will be assisting the Director
with the implementation of a multidisciplinary hospital-wide
Performance Improvement Program to ensure ongoing assessment of
patient care delivery according to established standards. You will
establish monitoring and assessment criteria for all clinical
services in collaboration with medical staff practitioners for
ongoing assessment of patient care services. You will assist in the
development of appropriate forms for data collection and
analysis.You will coordinate individual medical staff departmental
and committee activities for reporting at designated time
intervals. You will maintain centralized records of all Performance
Improvement activities pertaining to the medical staff to ensure
ready access for review and follow-up. What Qualifications You Will
Need:
Associates or Bachelors Degree in
Nursing. Current Licensure in Texas as a Registered Nurse.
Experience in health care delivery systems with focus on
Performance Improvement, Risk Management or related activities
Relevant education may substitute experience requirement. At , our
