Job Summary and Qualifications We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Acute Care Telemetry-Nights for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. We want you to apply now.What You Will Do In Your Role:
  • You will coordinate nursing care on the unit through staff assignments, assisting/rounding with physicians, coordinating patient orders, communicating with ancillary departments and assisting staff.
  • You will coordinate nursing care for the patient and participates in patient / family education.
  • You will work collaboratively with ancillary staff and other patient care personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
  • You will participate in performance improvement activities to improve patient safety and quality of care.
  • You will maintain cultural and diversity awareness when dealing with patients, visitors, co-workers and other customers.What Qualifications You Will Need:
    • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).
    • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
    • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required
    • Two years of acute care RN experience is required.
