Our outpatient treatment services offer supportive and compassionate care for all populations across the life span including specialty programs tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Next STEPS firmly believes in a multidisciplinary team approach within an outpatient office setting. Our team consists of licensed psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and provider support specialists who collaborate regularly to offer the highest level of client care possible to ensure client success.*Compensation for License Therapist (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW):* Salary from $45,000.00* $2,500 Signing Bonus*Benefits for License Therapists and Counselors (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW):** Monday through Friday Schedule with 5 schedule options to choose from* No Weekends* CE Credits and Training Opportunities included weekly at no cost* Paid Holidays* Paid Vacation Days* Paid Time Off (PTO)* Paid Orientation and Training* Monthly Performance Bonuses* 401K Plan with Company Match* Group Health Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance with Employer Contribution* Wellness benefits such as STD, LTD, Cancer, Critical Illness, Dependent and Spouse Life Insurance* Extensive client base and new referrals daily which includes all populations across the life span to engage in specific cases based on personal expertise* A dedicated Provider Support Team managing all your billing, scheduling, and appointment reminders along with other administrative tasks* Opportunities for program development* Growth and Leadership Opportunities*Role and Responsibilities for Licensed Therapists and Counselors (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW):** Provide individual/family sessions appropriate to client needs* Attend and participate in treatment planning meetings and clinical meetings* Display professionalism in dealing with customers, staff, and clinicians* Has experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions* Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practice and psychotherapy methods* Commitment to quality of service, teamwork, and participation in a highly interactive multidisciplinary clinic*Minimum Qualifications for Licensed Therapists and Counselors (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW):** Must be licensed as an LPC-A, LMFT-A, or LMSW in the State of Texas.* Associates welcome.* Knowledge of social service agencies, state regulations, and APA standards as it relates to client treatment, patient rights, and client/patient confidentiality.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Education equivalent to a masters degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.* Previous clinical responsibility to include crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy.Next STEPS Worldwide is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in our company.
