Job SummaryAs a Physical Therapist, Inpatient, you will play a vital role in ensuring clinical excellence in our inpatient rehabilitation program. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing direct patient care in a cost-effective manner.Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop treatment plans based on evaluation findings
• Provide direct patient care, including physical therapy treatments and education
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members
• Supervise and mentor staff, students, and volunteers
• Participate in departmental planning, including strategic planning, budgeting, and marketingRequirements
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university-based program
  • Current license to practice Physical Therapy in Texas or through the Physical Therapy Compact Commission
  • Current Certification in Basic Life Support
