Job Description:

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse TeleHealth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide telephonic patient care and support for medication adherence and disease state education
Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans for patients with multiple disease states
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experience and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

Unrestricted current compact RN license in Texas with the ability to be licensed in multiple states
Must reside in Texas
3+ years of clinical RN experience
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's in nursing
