Job Description & RequirementsMedical Surgical Nurse (MS RN)StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 5/2/2025 6:00:00 AM - 6:30 PM Pay Rate: $35.00 - $35.00MS RN's care for adult patients who are acutely ill with a wide variety of medical problems and diseases or are recovering from surgery. Med Surg unit of a facility is where ill patients go to recover before being discharged. They handle large patient loads, juggle multiple patient populations, and adapt to the ever-changing face of nursing care. Although most MS RN's work in the Med Surg unit of hospitals, they can work in a variety of settings includes camps, clinics, schools, and ambulatory care centers.Education/Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): 4-Year EducationAssociates Degree in Nursing (ADN): 2-Year EducationYou must earn an ADN or BSN degree and pass the NCLEX to apply for a license as a RN.RNs can only work with an active state license.ACLS occasionally required*Per Diem Assignments Available Recent Experience and Flexible Schedule Required.Facility LocationThis city has Pleasant Smith Humble to thank for, as he was one of the first settlers in this town who opened a post office in his home.
