DSD Services teammates will have access to all the capabilities and resources DaVita has to offer. Teammates must be comfortable working autonomously and have demonstrated the ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources across the Village.What you can expect:In this role, you take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track. LPNs will work in conjunction with dialysis RNs & PCTs to provide dialysis care.The work schedule is typically 3 days per week with No On-Call. The primary work location is at Casa Azul in Katy, TX. The LPN may float between our SNF dialysis locations in the Houston metro area.DaVita - which is Italian for "giving life" - is working to provide quality service to patients, partners, and teammates.   • Paid trainingRequirements:
    • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
    • Current CPR certification required
    • IV certification required if required by state regulations
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
    • BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
    • Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
    • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in computer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire required)DaVita is a clinical leader!
