Lowry Expressway Floor: 3rd floor Building: Hospital General Information Tell us about the unit(s): - Number of Beds -32 - Number of Staff – 50 - Type of staff: - Day Shift – 1 charge, 6 staff nurses, 3 Nurse Techs, sitters are dependent on needs - Night Shift - 1 charge, 6 staff nurses, 3 Nurse Techs, sitters are dependent on needs - Patient Ratios – 1:2-3 - Type of equipment – - EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. - Medsurg experience - Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. - - List typical procedures performed on unit(s): - - Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. - Scrub Color - Royal Blue - Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. - Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc. - - Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. *Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent.
