Job Overview Healthcare Program Director: Compensation: $90,000
$105,000/year Location: Houston, TX Schedule: Monday to Friday,
8:00 AM 5:00 PM TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Healthcare Program
Director in Houston, TX for our client, a key leadership role
overseeing daily operations, clinical coordination, and staff
management within a specialized wound care program. This full-time
position blends healthcare administration, multidisciplinary
collaboration, and team leadership to drive high-quality patient
outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in a
fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities as the Healthcare
Program Director: Clinical & Operational Leadership: Oversee daily
wound care operations, maintain compliance, uphold hospital partner
reporting, and ensure high-quality patient care. Team Management &
Development: Supervise clinic staff through scheduling, training,
performance management, and behavioral coaching while fostering a
collaborative, patient-centered environment. Program Oversight &
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot operational challenges between
centers, physicians, and hospital partners, ensuring smooth
workflows and timely problem resolution. Performance & Patient
Experience: Collaborate with the Medical Director on performance
improvement, enhance patient experience and quality, and ensure
adherence to documentation and performance standards. Financial &
Strategic Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor KPIs,
optimize program utilization, and support strategic growth and
continuous improvement across assigned sites. Qualifications for
the Healthcare Program Director: Education: Associate degree in
Nursing required. Certification: Valid CPR certification from the
American Heart Association required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years
in nurse management or hospital service line leadership (prior
experience in wound care is highly preferred). Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and
comfortable navigating healthcare software and technology platforms
to support clinical operations. Skills & Attributes: Strategic and
solutions-oriented leader with strong communication skills,
cultural awareness, and a proven ability to drive innovation in
