Team Collaboration: Be part of an established, cohesive Intensivist
team and collaboratively within the unit and within the hospital at
Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center Qualifications: MD or
DO Physicians must be board-certified or board-eligible in Critical
Care medicine Active Texas medical license with no restrictions A
commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong
problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting Ability to
perform all technical skills in the ICU. Excellent communication
(written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
Authorized to work in the United States Practice in the Heart of
the Community Scheduling: Block shift scheduling, an average of 15
shifts per month Flexible scheduling rotations Weekdays are covered
by two 11-hour day physicians, one 9-hour swing shift physician,
and one 12-hour night physician. Weekends are covered by one
12-hour day physician, one 10-hour day physician, and one 12-hour
night physician Key Responsibilities: Provide care to patients in
the 40-bed comprehensive ICU Medical, general surgical, thoracic
surgical, vascular surgical, and neurological surgical patients
Ability to cite experience working collaboratively within the ICU
with all team members and across the hospital. Living and working
