Team Focused on Quality Care Primary Care Plus (PCPlus), a
value-based care delivery organization, is seeking
Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Physicians to join our growing team across Louisiana. Our mission
is to provide a path of well-being for our patients through
high-quality, cost-effective, and coordinated care that delivers

Required Qualifications: - M.D. or D.O. - Active, unrestricted
Louisiana medical license - Valid DEA and CDS licenses (or ability
to obtain) - Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal
Medicine Preferred Qualifications: - 1 years of clinical experience
in adult, family, or geriatric care - Basic Cardiac Life Support
(BCLS) certification Compensation for this specialty generally
ranges from $226,000 to $366,000. Total cash compensation includes
base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but
not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and
may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the
role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In
