Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Houston, Texas,

setting Description: This position involves working in a telemetry
unit. The unit has 20 beds and 20 staff members. Day shift staffing
includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 CNAs. Night shift staffing
includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 CNAs. Patient ratios are 1:5.
The electronic medical record system utilized is Meditech. The
ideal candidate should possess skills in post-surgical, bariatric,
and medical/surgical nursing. Typical procedures include
phlebotomy, wound care, tracheostomy care, and NG tube management.
The best personality fit for this role includes a team spirit and a
positive attitude. Availability for five days a week is required,
including every other weekend. Floating to medical-surgical areas
may be necessary. Dress code requires wearing royal blue scrubs. 5
