This position is critical in helping adult patients recover and regain skills needed for daily living and working, often following surgery, illness, or injury. You will be part of a dynamic team, working to optimize patient outcomes through innovative and individualized treatment plans. This role demands a compassionate professional with excellent communication skills, ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Evaluate patients' health condition and establish patient-specific treatment plans. Assist patients to develop or regain physical or mental functioning or adjust to disabilities. Use various techniques to treat patients including exercises, manual therapy, education, and ergonomics. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide optimal care. Educate patients and their families regarding treatments and home exercise procedures. Proven ability to build and execute personalized treatment plans Strong interpersonal and communication skills In-depth understanding of compliance and safety guidelines Adept in using therapeutic equipment and technology Medical Insurance Life Insurance Valid state Occupational Therapist license BLS/CPR certification
