Location: 8603 Broadway, Suite 170 Pearland, TX 77584 Three Ways to Join Our Team We know one size doesn’t fit all, so we offer flexible employment options: 1?? W-2 Employee – Guaranteed Hourly $33–$41/hour (based on experience) Guaranteed hours Benefits available at 20 hours/week 2?? W-2 Employee – Pay Per Visit (PPV) $50–$80/hour Paid only for time spent with patients Benefits available at 20 hours/week 3?? Contractor / PRN (1099) $30 per 30-minute session ($60/hour) $80 per evaluation No benefits ???? Schedule: Flexible days and hours Full-time benefits start at 30 hours/week Why Join Cole?
