hiring for a full-time, permanent Nurse Manager NICU position to
lead their neonatal intensive care unit. This is an excellent

in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Job Summary: We are
seeking a highly motivated and skilled Nurse Manager NICU to
oversee the operations and patient care services in the neonatal
intensive care unit. In this leadership role, you will ensure the
delivery of high-quality and safe care while fostering a culture of
excellence and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and
guide a team of NICU nurses and staff to deliver exceptional
patient care. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to
enhance departmental efficiency and quality. • Monitor patient care
standards and ensure adherence to clinical best practices. •
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare
professionals to ensure coordinated care for neonatal patients. •
Manage departmental resources, including staffing, budget, and
equipment. • Provide mentorship and professional development
opportunities for nursing staff. • Participate in on-call rotations
and provide support during weekend shifts. • Ensure compliance with
all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications: • Active RN license in Texas or compact state
eligibility. • BSN required; MSN or equivalent advanced degree
preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in NICU nursing, with
at least 1 year in a leadership role. • Current BLS and NRP
certifications required. • Strong leadership, organizational, and
communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and
