Memorial Hermann, a prestigious leader in the Texas health system, is currently seeking a highly skilled and flexible PRN RN to join our Cath Lab team. This role is pivotal in sustaining the high standard of care associated with our institution, focusing on cardiovascular patient care in a multidisciplinary setting. The ideal candidate will possess profound expertise in cardiac care, demonstrating versatility and commitment to patient wellness and recovery. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Cath Lab setting. Assist in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to coronary angiography and interventions. Monitor patient status and provide timely updates to the multidisciplinary team. Ensure adherence to all facility safety protocols and guidelines. Participate in on-call rotations as required by staffing needs and patient volumes. Strong clinical skills with expertise in cardiac care and catheterization procedures. Ability to work flexibly across different shifts without compromising care quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team. Proficient in using medical software and electronic health record systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred.
