Job Description:

we are seeking a Manager of Case Management to guide and oversee
the work of our case management team, ensuring comprehensive
patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient hospital
operations. This pivotal role involves implementing case management
protocols, supervising staff, and facilitating effective
communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Develop and implement case management programs to maximize quality
of care. Train, supervise, and evaluate case management staff.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Facilitate multidisciplinary communication to ensure patient care
is comprehensive and coordinated. Monitor patient outcomes and
adjust care strategies accordingly. Manage budget and resources of
the case management department. Strong leadership qualities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge
of healthcare regulations and policies Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Strategic planning and
problem-solving skills Proficiency in medical software systems
