Job Description:
Department: AHG PACE-Hot Springs Shift: Day Working Hours: Work
hours: 8 am - 5 pm. Variable call Monday - Friday 5 pm - 8 am ,Sat
- Sun 8am - 8 am Summary: Responsible for providing direct patient
care, diagnosing and treating health problems and coordinating
health care for PACE population in accordance with State and
Federal rules and regulations. Clinical Management is conducted in
collaboration with other team members. Serves as Consultant and
resource to On-Call Professionals. Models appropriate behavior as
exemplified in the Complete Health with PACE mission and values.
Other information: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a current
APRN Licensure. Current in BLS and/or ACLS. Computer Skills.
Eligible for Hospital Privileges. Minimum of one year's experience
providing services to Frail Elderly population. Clear of
Communicable Diseases. Current on Immunizations. Valid Arkansas
Driver's License. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours
bi-weekly.
