are actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral and
Maxillofacial Surgeon to lead a brand-new, state-of-the-art
surgical practice opening in Sugar Land in mid-2027. This role
combines the excitement of launching a new facility with the
security and support of a proven, surgeon-led platform committed to
clinical excellence and long-term success. With full clinical
autonomy, immediate equity partnership, and access to advanced

care—and a practice designed around your vision. What This Role
Offers - $550,000 guaranteed base salary with uncapped earning
