What you will do in this role:
- Practices inan advanced role to provide advanced cardiovascular
care for the cardiovascularand surgical patient population;
including assessment, diagnosis, andinitiation of treatment and
- Assess theoutcomes, revises the plan of care as warranted to
foster better outcomeresults for both the short and long-term.
- Works inconjunction with the Nursing staff, and Medical Staff
to ensure the highestlevel of care for patients.
- Responsiblefor ensuring that all Services are performed in
conjunction with the missionand values of the facility and of HCA,
in a timely and cost effective manner,including participation in
goals and processes derived from HCA-CCMNinitiatives. Exposing
inefficiencies and submitting plans/ideas to bring aboutpositive
- Mustdemonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to consider
developmental of thepopulation they serve. Qualifications:
- Graduateof an accredited nursing school with a Bachelors degree
- MastersDegree in nursing, national APRN Certification, and
registered to practice asan APRN in the State of Texas.
- Musthave current Texas RN license.
