youwill do in this role:
- Responsible for direct patient care, including assessment,
planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients on the

- Participates inactivities to plan, measure, assess, and improve
the quality of patient care.
- Communicates withNurse Director and House Supervisor regarding
patient care, staff conflicts andunusual occurrences
- Ensuresefficient, quality care of patients requiring

- Assumesresponsibility for charging the unit as needed.
- Assumes responsibilityfor on-call duty as scheduled, with
response time not greater than one hour
- Models behaviorsconsistent with positive customer service.
- Adheres to and complieswith HCA Code of Conduct as part of

- --At least 1 year experience required as aStaff RN in a
- Graduate ofaccredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
- Educational requirementsappropriate for meeting age-specific
needs of the patients on the particularunit on which the RN is
- Current Texas licensurewith State Board of Nurse Examiners
- Current CPRcertification
