Over here, our Customer Service Reps are the key to our success and our growth as a company.As a CSR, you will train to master our product line, work hands on with clients and develop the skills you need to successfully grow and develop key accounts we partner with. We allow our employees to gravitate to areas of our business operations where they are the best fit and fully utilize the skills that make them unique. You will communicate with customers through phone, email, zoom and other virtual tools. With these tools, you'll correct customer issue, help them with purchasing our products/services and talk them though the benefits of working with us or upgrading their services.What do we have to offer?
