please read on! THE ROLEThe Bartender will provide exceptional
hospitality, quality beverages and products while maintaining a
welcoming and comfortable environment for our Corporate Office in
Houston, TX. The successful candidate should be knowledgeable and
enthusiastic about serving drinks and drink preparation and go the
extra mile to make the employees day with a perfect beverage.WHAT
THIS ROLE WILL DO+ Prepare and serve consistently outstanding
beverages by adhering to recipe standards+ Proactively engage with
customers to deliver exceptional customer experience.Maintain a
clean and organized space for guests and coworkers in all areas of
the caf and patio.+ Assist with setup, cleanup, inventory and stock
work+ Perform a variety of tasks including clearing tables of mugs,
glasses or dishes, washing mugs, glasses and dishes, cleaning and
organizing coffee/condiment station, and taking out trash.+ Adhere
to proper safety guidelines at all times+ Assist a variety of
duties and tasks as directed.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING+ At least
2+ year experience in food service/hospitality, at least 6 months
previous experience as a Bartender preferred+ The ability to
communicate clearly and professionally with customers and
coworkers+ Previous experience in a fast-paced environment+
Comfortable working a flexible schedule as needed+ Ability to
deliver exceptional hospitality in a personal and professional
manner+ Strong attention to detail and healthy respect for
cleanliness+ Reliable and consistent - Must be available for
overtime for special events or meetings+ Professional behavior and
appearance at all times.+ Ability to walk, stand and sit for
periods of time. Must be able to lift, carry and/or move objects up
