Title: Customer Service Associate - PT
Reports to: Assistant Store Manager
Classification: Hourly / Non-Exempt (Part-time)

Our Customer Service Associates play an important role in the success of a store team. The Customer Service Associate focuses on exceeding customer expectations through helping customers find products, maintaining clean and well-stocked aisles filled with product, and completing customer transactions while displaying a positive, friendly attitude.

  • Exceed customer expectations with prompt and courteous service in the store and on the phone
  • Operate the front registers (POS systems) including checking out customers, accepting payments via credit card, cash, check and charge accounts
  • Assist customer with finding products & provide guidance on products we offer
  • Assist with carrying product to customer's vehicle or arrange delivery when needed
  • Work with a team to keep a clean and safe environment for associates and customers
  • Work with a team on merchandising aisles including front, restocking and dusting shelves What You Will Need
    • Excellent customer service skills, dependability and integrity
    • Able to operate a computer up to four hours at a time
    • Pass a pre-employment physical & drug screen
    • Able to stand & walk up to 8 hours a day
    • Able to lift & lower boxes & products up to 50lbs
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
